As the year's half-way mark passes, FAESO as the highest student governing body of all Extra-Curricular Student Organization conducted its Mid-year Assessment on December 01, 2018 together with the other unit organizations.
The evaluation process was set to sum up all the accomplishments and to have a clear check-in point of every organization to keep their objectives align. This event is a good way to take inventory of each strategic targets and review specific goals before the year ends.
Representatives from PGS(Peer Group Society), Leadership Society, RCY(Red Cross Youth), UDA(University Digital Arts) and Playmakers have presented their deliverables, their accomplishment reports—and how it contributed to the student and to the institution. Factors that can be a possible roadblock to hinder the unit organizations in achieving the set goals were also discussed. Of course the event is a key driver to establish effective working relationship among members through group discussion that would somehow increase likelihood substantive issues.
The school-year is more than half over but there are more activities to be look forward to for the upcoming months. Each unit organizations have fostered a curiosity for innovative possibilities, more exciting events to be conducted where everyone could engage and to develop a sense of belongingness—to have social opportunities and of course to enjoy and experience a balanced approach to education.
