Growth and stability of the USTP Community is handed by the Leadership Empowerment and Development Society (LEADS) in its capacity to translate mission into reality. This assembly's welcome activity, themed PANAGTIPOK, serves as ground for aspiring student leaders to be acquainted and be oriented of what LEADS is, from its humble beginnings on LEAD Series and its growth in the past 5 years.

LEADS conducts Leadership Sessions, Monthly Gatherings, Leadership Camps and Modular Trainings. They work as effective community catalysts for humanitarian gift giving, environmental protection advocates, and addresses of relevant issues that is widely felt in the Philippines.

On the other hand, LEADS don't create followers: they create more leaders. The essential objective of LEADS is to train committed public serving students to work as effective servers and thinkers in their respective fields and to set out to make difference.

Through a series of plenary sessions and interactive workshops, participants have gained insights into the multifaceted approach to leadership and be empowered with tools, knowledge and ideas to take on student leadership positions.
