PGS General Assembly

The Peer Group Society (PGS) conducted their annual General Assembly on September 03, 2018 at the ITB AVR, spearheaded by Mrs. Mercylyn L. Tanog, RGC, Peer Councilor together the PGS officers.


PGS envisions to an open society where the youth can learn, boost their full potential, free from fear and doubts, and is open to learn and discover more; where mental awareness is practiced for the betterment of the studentry coupled with their mission to help the youth to become aware of mental illnesses and provide ways and solutions. The organization also educates the students towards good ethics, strong moral and spiritual values. Also, to promote the student's wellness through healthy lifestyle choices which addresses student issues and provides peer support.


Participants have augmented invaluable knowledge on dealing with people's sensitivity and life's circumstances. It was an assembly with fun through simple team and character building activities. "With our words and actions, we either make or break lives.”, remarked by Mrs.Mercy L. Tanog. PGS will always be an ear who listens, with people who care because everyone is important.
